Copyright & DMCA Policy

Last updated: July 2025

If you’re reading this, you’re probably a creator, a rights‑holder, or just someone who really cares about how their work is used online. We get it — our own team includes writers, designers, and marketers, so we’ve been on both sides of this issue.

Respect for Creators

All the content on InfluencerDB — whether it’s an in‑depth platform review, a chart from our analytics dashboard, a case study write‑up, or even the site’s design — belongs either to our team, our partners, or is used with permission. Please don’t copy or republish anything here without a green light from us.

Found Your Work Here by Accident?

It happens! Maybe someone uploaded an image they didn’t realize was copyrighted, or quoted an article too generously. If you see your work on InfluencerDB and it shouldn’t be here, send us a quick email at legal@influencerdb.com.

  • Please mention “DMCA” in the subject so it gets our immediate attention.
  • Include the URL of the material in question, a link to the original (if possible), and how you’d like us to resolve it (remove, credit, etc.).
  • If you’re not the rights-holder but know who is, please feel free to point them our way.

We take this stuff seriously and usually respond within 24 hours — often much faster.

Our Promise

When we get a valid copyright or DMCA notice:

  • We’ll review the claim right away (no robots — an actual team member will look).
  • If it checks out, we’ll take down the content or update the credit as requested.
  • We’ll confirm the fix with you, so you’re not left wondering.

If we ever need to reach out to you about a possible issue, we’ll do so politely and clearly. Our goal is respect — for your work, and for the creative community as a whole.

Want to Use Our Content?

Like something on our site and want to use it for your own story, research, or project?
Just ask! Most of the time, if you email us at legal@influencerdb.com with what you’re planning, we’ll give you the thumbs up (often with a suggestion on how to credit it).

Thanks for respecting our work — and for helping us do the same for you. If you have any copyright or DMCA questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
